UAE president Khalifa bin Zayed al- Nahayan has appointed energy minister Suhail Mohamed Faraj al-Mazrouei as managing director of state-owned investment vehicle Ipic. Former managing director Khadem al-Qubaisi has been removed from Ipic’s board along with state-owned Adnoc’s former chief executive Yousef Omair bin Yousef.
