New blockade crimps Libyan output

Libya’s crude production is around 220,000 b/d, down by around 120,000–140,000 b/d from early April, as the impasse between the Tripoli-based government and the rival eastern administration prevents a recovery. Production by state-owned NOC subsidiary Agoco has fallen by around 130,000 b/d in the past two weeks to around 100,000 b/d, because of issues surrounding storage at the country’s Marsa el-Hariga terminal in Tobruk.
