New insecticides available for producers in 2014

I think that every day something happens that reminds me or just reinforces the fact that this is a fast-paced world and it is difficult, if not almost impossible, to catch up or even stay abreast with change. One of these realization events occurredforme earlier this month as I made my annual search of insecticides labeled for pecan. I remember it wasn't long ago when Extension could list all the pecan insecticides (46) in our commercial guide on one sheet of paper, with room to spare. Now that list could be several pages with over 200 products and formulations.
