Is the Mk1 Focus RS the perfect balance between an older performance Ford and a car you can use every day? These guys certainly think so. In the last ten years or so you could argue that the Ford scene has changed a fair bit. Some might argue for the better, some for the worse. But with the introduction of the Mk2 Focus ST, then the Mk2 RS, then the latest Fiesta ST180, all of a sudden, 200bhp in the front of a contemporary Ford was not that special. Especially seeing as all of the above have the chassis to seemingly swallow that power, and a whole bunch more, without too many dramas.
