The LPC Group is to develop Kilbagie Mill into an integrated recycling,tissue making and converting plant,following an agreement the with Scottish Development International(SDI).The start up of the new plant,which will be one of the finest in Europe for both paper manufacturing and recycling,is scheduled for late 2006.
