Demand for Printing/Writing Papers Rises in 2004

The Pulp and Paper Products Council said that North American demand for printing and writing papers rose 1.9% in July.So far this year,demand has been up 3.8% compared to the first seven months of 2003.In July,total shipments by North American producers increased 3% thanks to stronger deliveries to the domestic market and rising exports.
