In accordance with the TAPPI Bylaws,notice of proposed amendments to the Bylaws must be provided to the membership for comment 30 days prior to action by the Board of Directors.Publication in Paper360° and on the Association's website constitutes formal notice.At its March 26,2008,meeting or soon thereafter,the Board of Directors will deliberate on the following amendments to the TAPPI Bylaws.
