Equity firm acquires Pamco Printed Tape & Label

First Atlantic Capital Ltd., a private investment firm specializing in acquiring and growing mid-size companies, said its portfolio company, Resource Label Group, LLC, a pressure sensitive label manufacturer primarily for the packaging industry, acquired Pamco Printed Tape & Label Co., Inc., a manufacturer of pressure sensitive labels serving consumer nondurable markets such as food and beverage, health and beauty, confection, and household products. First Atlantic acquired a majority interest in Resource Label in April 2011.
