CARBON Forum Asia, the annual carbon market and trade fair conference will be held in Singapore on October 27 and 28.Carbon Forum Asia 2010 is jointly organised by the International Emissions Trading Association and Koelnmesse Pte Ltd, in partnership with the Asian Development Bank. This year, Carbon Forum Asia is the opening anchor event for the Singapore International Energy Week, which features energy-related trade fairs and conferences.
