It's interesting, even fascinating to ponder why it is we do what we do, and we do it all the time. We do it on Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, on our birthdays, on our wives' and children's birthdays. We do it in good weather, bad weather, marginalweather, and downright nasty weather. What I'm talking about is, of course, fishing. Perhaps you've heard the phrase "busman's holiday." That's when a person who drives a bus for a living during the week goes for a drive on the weekend for fun. Taking abreak from your job and doing what you do in your job! Fishermen are probably the premier example of this phenomenon. I have several nephews who have been or are presently commercial fishermen. Even the ones who were smart enough to get out of the business still go fishing every chance they get. The ones who are still fishing for a living are even worse.
