H.E.R.O. Acquires Uitrabiend Assets

The H.E.R.O. Products Group (HERO), a division of I.C.T.C. Holdings Corp., has acquired the assets related to the paint mixing and shaking business of Uitrabiend LLC. This transaction benefits Ultra-blend customers with continuity in the supply of equipment and parts. In addition, HERO gains additional customer relationships for its full line of colorant dispensing, mixing and shaking products as well as extending this full product line to its existing customers.
