Glass microspheres,both solid and hollow,have been used for various applications within the paint and coatings industry for many years.Improved performance in epoxy primers,powder coatings,floor applications,aircraft paints and industrial high-build coatings has been well established.VOC reduction has been a driving force for inclusion of glass microspheres in some applications.
