The October Roadshow travelled around the country in the first two weeks of the month, managing to avoid weather events and travel disruptions. The agenda featured Roger Lewis from Aquila Alta who took us through "the power of checklists" Whilst this may sound like a tame subject, attendees heard of war stories from the world of restaurants, hospitals and the aviation industry. It soon became obvious that while we think of the collision repair industry as complex and varied, we don't have this alone.
