On a generalization of Moret's theorem for inexact Newton-like methods

We provide sufficient conditions for the semilocal convergence of inexact Newton-like methods in a Banach space setting. Our results reduce to earlier ones for special choices of the operators involved [5], [7], [8]-[10].
