China's monopoly in the global steel market has met with an unwarranted problem in its domestic market- over supply. And Chinese government has rightly put its best step forward in cutting its excess steel capacity to bring demand-supply parity, instead of making efforts to export its way out of the over supply, a dampener move for the steel companies' profit globally.
