The Honourable President of India Mrs. Pratibha Patil presented the prestigious Padma Bhushan Award to Mr. B Muthuraman, Vice Chairman, Tata Steel Limited in the trade and industry category on Wednesday at a glittering function organized at Rashtrapati Bhawan, New Delhi.
