Dutch designer Piet Boon and producer NLXL offer the market something very different in wallcoverings - Scrapwood and Concrete Wallpaper. Emulating real wood, but far more cost-effective than the genuine material, Scrapwood Wallpaper is available in a number of different woodgrains and styles to suit a variety of interior environments. The second collection, Concrete, is the latest addition to its offering, recendy introduced at the International Contemporary Furniture Fair in New 'fork. Like Scrapwood Wallpaper, its surface emulates the in-vogue appearance of concrete - giving designers and homeowners an industrial edge to their interiors, but without the commitment of the real material.
