We appreciate the comments from Cuneyt Kayaalp regarding our recent articles in Surgical Endoscopy [1, 2]. We agree that some results are confusing, and we thank him for his interest in our study. The first study published in 2010 [1] had a misprint in the text, and the correct results are those presented in Table 1. Some researchers who have accepted the data in Table 1 as correct have asked us to elucidate the correct result.
