ISO Concept: Integrated Sintering Furnace

ISO plants and the associated process have proven effective in the field and, thanks to their design, demonstrate high process reliability and damage resistance. Associated with this are short process times and consistently high-quality sintered results. Moreover, compared to separate process steps, the combined system opens the way for new products and production processes. Handling risks and the associated labour involved in batch transfer between the debinding and sintering furnaces are eliminated. Separate debinding and sintering cycles are no longer necessary. Besides performance benefits, there are cost benefits in terms of investment and furnace operation.
