摘要

TBC's are mainly used in the aircraft industry to protect the blade material against degradation caused by high process temperatures. The failure and finally lifetime of these coatings is mainly influenced by stresses induced during the manufacturing and operation processes. In this study the residual stresses in layer composites deposited by thermal spraying, EB-PVD and CVD, with variations of the process parameters, are investigated. The influences of the residual stresses on hardness and adhesion are determined.
