Diamond selected as Florida Peanut Farmer of the Year

Mickey Diamond of Diamond Farms had the opportunity to grow up on a family farm and be involved in production agriculture. He had the opportunity to participate in many other activities that come from living in a close knit rural community. Diamond also has had the pleasure of being named the 2005 Florida Young Peanut Fanner of the Year during the Florida Peanut Producers Association annual meeting February 17, 2005, in Marianna, Fla. Farm Credit of Northwest Florida sponsors the award annually.
