A Uranium-Series Date from aKarst Cave on the North YorkMoors, Yorkshire, UK

The North York Moors, which are wellknown for their mass movement caves(windypits), also have a number of relictkarst caves. Some recent discoveries arenoted in this report. I am particularly pleased that this uranium-series datecomes from a minor caving region, awayfrom the well-studied Yorkshire Dales. Suchdata helps our understanding of landscapedevelopment in northern England on aregional scale.
