Today, two items caught our attention as we drove to purchase milk replacer from the local farm Co-Op and to collect our mail as we passed through town. We had a foot snowfall overnight and with the back road not yet plowed we were forced to use 4-wheel drive to get to the main road. Some 'talking head' on CBC Radio was on a rant about the damage to the environment that gas-guzzling 4-wheel vehicles cause. The radio commentator wanted all such vehicles banned on the altar of the Kyoto Accord. I am not sure our bummer lambs would agree.
