L'Oreal owned luxury beauty brand Lancome has topped the fifth annual Digital IQ Index for beauty brands from digital think tank L2. The report is said to assess the digital competence of 85 global beauty brands across metrics for site, digital marketing, social media and mobile. Following Lancome in second and third place was Kiehl's and L'Oreal Paris, which are both owned by L'Oreal. In equal fourth place was Benefit (LVMH), Bobbi Brown (Estee Lauder) and the Estee Lauder brand. Clinique took seventh place, followed by Aveda, with Bare Escentuals and MAC rounding out the top ten.
