Three leading process pump and mixing companies have merged to form a single international business entity called SPX Process Equipment. Bran + Luebbe, Lightnin Mixers and Waukesha Cherry-Burrell were brought together as a result of the acquisition of United Dominion Industries (UDI) by the SPX Corporation in May 2001, and the merger of its businesses with those of SPX into a world-wide operation.
