PICAXE thermostat for a 240VAC heater

Cheap fan heaters have a poor thermostat or none at all.This PICAXE-based thermostat uses a thermistor(DSE Cat.R1895] as the sensing device.Display of current temperature and set-point is via a 10-LED bargraph driven by a 4017 decade counter(IC2).Adjustment of the set-point is done using a single pushbutton switch(S1)and the load is switched by a 240VAC-rated relay.
