摘要

The influence of MnO_2 on the burnability and mineral formation of alite- sulphoaluminate cement clinker was studied in this article. Results showed that when the raw meal mixed with MnO_2 burned at a lower temperature, the amount of free lime (f-CaO) remarkably increased with the increased adding amount of MnO_2. However, with the rising of the burned temperature, the effect of MnO_2 decreased. The raw mix prepared from commercial raw materials with the addition of MnO_2 can be burned to get high grade clinker at the temperature lower than 1350℃. When the adding amount of MnO_2 was lower than 1%, the formation of C_3S mineral increased; C_3S mineral decreased obviously when the adding amount was larger than 2%. The formation of calcium sulphoaluminate mineral decreased with the addition of MnO_2. The addition of MnO_2 is bad for the formation of calcium sulphoaluminate mineral, since the formation of ferrite phase increased remarkably with the increased addition of MnO_2.
