Angualr-Insensitive Color Filters Based on Compact Multilayer Film for Reflective Displays and Decorations

A compact multilayer film structure for angle robust color filtering is proposed, which is verified by theoretical calculations and experiment results. The introduction of the amorphous silicon greatly reduces the angular sensitivity of the flters. This method can have enormous potential for applications in display and colorful decoration.
