摘要

LTPS is using a MUX (Multiplexing) circuit by applying the SOG (Systems On Glass) technology. But, the MUX circuit is consumed a lot of power due to a high driving voltage and a fast driving frequencies. We were able to obtain sufficient results with respect to low-power and fast response time by using the polarity MUX technology. The MUX power is reduced about 10% and the response time is accelerated about 8%.
