摘要

β-dicalcium silicate was synthesized by twodifferent methods: by the reaction sintering of startingcomponents (calcium hydroxide and crystalline siliciumdioxide-quartz) and by the reaction sintering of intermediarycompounds (calcium silicate hydrates) which have beensynthesized by the hydrothermal reaction of the same startingcomponents using X-ray analysis, it was established that β-dicalcium silicate synthesized by the reaction sintering ofintermediary compounds has a higher dislocation density thanβ-dicalcium silicate synthesized by the reaction sintering ofstarting components. Besides this, β-dicalcium silicatesynthesized by the reaction sintering of intermediarycompounds has a larger specific surface area (BET). Thecorrelation between dislocation density and specific surfacearea has been established.
