摘要

Leaching of commercial nickel matte in acidic medium with chlorine has been studied experimentally in the temperature range 75.5-97.5 deg C and in the potential range 300-520 mV(SCE). The results of X-ray diffraction analysis of the leaching samples showed that the electrochemical dissolving process of Ni3S2 may be expressed as Ni_3S_2 - > Ni_(3-x) - > S_2 - > beta-NiS - > Ni_3S _4 - > Ni~(2+) Although SO_4~(2-) ions are formed in leaching, almost all of S~(2-) in raw material are oxidized to element sulfur. Copper in the sample is found to be Cu_2S. The above results are discussed in present paper.
