Turkish scrap prices down on weaker imports

Domestic Turkish scrap prices continued to fall over the weekend on the back of weakening import prices. More mills reduced their local scrap purchasing prices on Saturday June 9, Platts Steel Business Briefing has learned from local sources. Domestic scrap is now being priced in the market at Turkish Lira 680-795/mt (373-437 dollars) delivered mill.
