Australia’s third-largest ironore miner, Fortescue Metals Group, saidThursday its export tonnage rose just 0.96%year on year to 41.9 million mt in July-September, the first quarter of its fiscal year.In a production report, FMG also saidfiscal Q1 exports fell 1.18% from the previousquarter.FMG said it mined a total of 45.1 millionmt of iron ore in fiscal Q1, 7% morethan the previous quarter and 5% more onthe year.
