Seaborne coking coal consumers continued to show no signs of panic Tuesday, even as BHP Billiton-Mitsubishi Alliance's declaration of force majeure extended into a second week, traders said. Spot coking coal prices were largely steady for both premium and second-tier hard coking coals. Platts assessed premium low-vol at 213.50 dollars/mt FOB, unchanged from Monday, and HCC 64 mid-vol at 186.50 dollars/mt FOB, also unmoved.
