Trading timelines obscured firmpricing in the Turkish import scrap marketFriday, as two trades heard this week showeddiffering direction.A trade was heard Friday and confirmed tobe done at the start of the week by a sourceclose to the transaction. The cargo was ofBaltic origin and contained 29,000 mt of 80:20at $229/mt CFR and 6,000 mt of shred at $234/mt CFR for September shipment. Earlier in theweek a Baltic cargo at $225/mt CFR was heardand reported, also said to be concluded at thestart of the week.
