Reputation - The beliefs or opinions that are generally held about someone or something. Having a good reputation is important on an individual level, but it is also critical when it comes to your business. We are currently living in the Internet Age, which has changed the game of business reputation. Search engines such as Google and Yahoo now allow customers to see who you are, and review websites such as Yelp, Amazon and Angie's List let customers know what others think about your business at any given moment. This is important for large business, but this relatively new way of operating definitely affects small business just as much, if not more.
