Pan American Group Executive Operating Committee Meeting

On January 22, 2015 members of the PAG Executive Operating Committee (EOC) met at the South Point Resort Hotel in Las Vegas, NV. This hotel is the site of the upcoming IOA-PAG Conference in August. This was the second annual EOC meeting held in Las Vegas, headquarters of the IOA-PAG. This was a very productive meeting with several results. 1. John Overby, PAG Chair provided a 43 year recap of the IOA organization, where we came from and where we are today. 2. Revised IOA-PAG Bylaws were reviewed and approved. They will be presented to the International Board for review and then to the PAG Board for review and approval. 3. A detailed SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis was performed by the team with some outstanding results. These will be posted to the IOA-PAG Member Only Zone. 4. Denise Funk, Gwinnett County Department of Water Resources and Ben Kuhnel, Arcadis, U.S. Inc. were elected to the EOC 5. Committee Conference Chairs were elected for Las Vegas and Washington, DC 6. Detailed plans for the upcoming Las Vegas conference were developed, which include a number of social activities.
