Norsk Hydro has traditionally helped new actors enter the oil sector,which was the case for Asker Subsea.Asker Subsea delivered its first couplings and valves to Norsk Hydro.This was the start of a small industry adventure.Asker Subsea now delivers couplings and valves world wide.Norsk Hydro has benefited from small,inventive companies.We remember well the 18th of August 1995,when we were contacted by Hydro and were told that they had leakage in the control system on Troll.It was just before the planned start of production.
