Greater Gabbard Offshore Wind Farm 100th Installation

DP2 heavy lift vessel Jumbo Javelin has installed its 100th transition piece (TP) for the Greater Gabbard Offshore Wind Farm (GGOWF), off the UK's south-east coast.For this project, Jumbo's scope includes transport, installation, levelling and grouting of the TPs. The close co-operation between all parties (client Fluor, Jumbo's crew, the project team and subcontractors) has resulted in a record-breaking installation performance.
