Itochu,Mitsubishi and Osaka Gas Acquire Share in Qalhat LNG

The Government of the Sultanate of Oman signed agreements to transfer a nine percent share of Qalhat LNG S.A.O.C to three Japanese companies.As per the terms of the share transfer agreements,Itochu Corporation,Mitsubishi Corporation and Osaka Gas of Japan each acquire three percent of the equity shareholding of Qalhat LNG SAOC.
