Terms end for two CSB members

Washington - Two members of the Chemical Safety Board completed their five-year terms on Sept. 22.William E. Wright and William B. Wark were appointed in September 2006. Wright, a retired Navy captain and explosives expert, pushed the American Petroleum Institute to strengthen recommendations for use of trailers near refineries and chemical plants following the 2005 BP Texas City explosion.
