Progress needed on preventing backover incidents

I JUST READ Kyle W. Morrison's article "Reducing backover incidents" in the June issue of Safety+Health (p. 56) and wanted to say, fantastic job on the coverage. What I found a little ironic was that the same issue featured an article about the difficulty OSHA faces in trying to promulgate a new standard - and truth be known, if they ever needed one, it's for backing vehicles.
