Rotary compressor with DC inverter motor for household refrigerators

Refrigerators consume 20% of a household's electricity. By diminishing the energy input ofrefrigerators, we can reduce global warming, and by converting to HEC refrigerants, we can help topreserve the ozone layer. The home environment can be improved by reducing refrigerator noise. Wehave developed a small rotary-type compressor with a DC inverter motor for refrigerators.The adoption of a DC inverter motor with a rare earth magnet and an energy-saving inverter drivercircuit, enabled us to obtain higher efficiency (COP+23%) . The development of sliding materials andoil, enabled us to convert to HFC134a. We have introduced high speed chopping of the power source,and vibration reduction to produce a low-noise refrigerator.
