House members urge OMB to move on federal contractor rule

Washington - At press time, members of the House were pushing the Office of Management and Budget and the Department of Labor to complete a review of guidance and a proposed rule that would implement the Fair Pay and Safe Workplaces Executive Order. Eighty House members signed a letter sent April 15 to OMB Director Shaun Donovan and Secretary of Labor Thomas Perez. The guidance and proposed rule have been under review since March 6.
