WASHINGTON-New technologies must play a vital role in the near future of automobile safety,according to National Transportation Safety Board Acting Chairman,Mark V.Rosenker.During a July 6 speech at the Meharry-State Farm Alliance National Safety Summit in Washington,Rosenker strongly endorsed efforts to increase seat belt use among all Americans,particularly among minorities.
