The August 2005 issue of Safety+Health contains an article in Industry Beat (See "Lack of helmet laws blamed for increasing motorcycle fatalities," August 2005,page 17),under the heading "Transportation," that attempts to use statistics and percentages,and personal opinion guided by tunnel vision,to explain away a motorcycle rider's basic right of choice to ride free.
