Crop protection sector unclear about REACH regulation

The crop protection industry wrongly believed that the EU's Regulation,Evaluation,and Authorisation of Chemicals(REACH)regulation would have little effect on the sector.But as the law began its six-month preregistration stage,which commenced in June 2008,it is becoming clear that agrochemical substances are regulated to a larger extent than previously anticipated.
