A Commission Directive 2008/108/EC of 26 November 2008 amending Council Directive 91/414/EEC to include flutolanil, benfluralin, fluazinam, fuberidazole and mepiquat as active substances

Adopted on 26 November 2008. The Commission of the European Communities has adopted the directive to establish a list of active substances to be assessed, with a view to their possible inclusion in Annex I to Directive 91/414/EEC. That list includes flutolanil, benfluralin, fluazinam, fuberidazole and mepiquat. For those active substances the effects on human health and the environment have been assessed.
