Dislocation of the First Ray at the Medial Cuneonavicular Joint in a Football Player

Most dislocations in the midfoot occur at the tarsometatarsal joint and fall within the category of Lisfranc lesions. Other dislocations in the midfoot are uncommon. This article describes a rare injury involving a dislocation of the first ray at the cuneonavicular joint.
