摘要

The use of liquid electrophoresis is described for the assessment of stability constants, Migration of ions in mixed solution has been investigated and utilized for pinpointing the formation and stability constants of different complexes formed in the interaction. The ionophoretic technique has been introduced for investigating formation of complexes and determination of stability constants of metal complexes. Usual procedure is used to study the mobility of metal ion in the solution. Electrophoresis tube is thermo stated under the potential gradient, which applied between the two electrodes. Here the concentration of electrolyte is progressively decreased by addition of alkali solution.
